Happy to accommodate you, wishing you a pleasant stay at our facility here are our rules of procedure.
Check-in: on arrival you will be asked to provide proof of identity (valid and necessary for the compilation of coupons P.S. provided by law) and the full payment. Then our staff will give you the keys, to show you the room and provide you with all the necessary information. Check-in is allowed between 14.00 23.00 p.m.
Check-out: on the day of departure, rooms must be vacated not later than 10:00 hours, unless agreed upon late check-out. Hacked fee for room delivery will be charged for the next night. Check-out time for the rooms day-use must be made within the hours 21.00
Breakfast: breakfast is served in the restaurant Pizzulià, from Monday to Saturday from 5.30 a.m. to 10.00 a.m., Sunday from 7.00 a.m. to 10.00.
Meals: half board meals are served inside the restaurant Pizzulià (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 12.00 to 14.30 hours for lunch; every day from 19.00 to 22.30 hours at dinner)
Cleaning and linen: the cleanliness of the rooms and services are performed every day. Bed linen is changed every 3 days, towels are changed every day. Room cleaning during the stay will only happen if you leave free room before 10.30. We recommend using wipes to prevent damage to the towels. Hints and sunscreen will damage irreparably the linen. It is recommended that proper use and toilet civil, avoiding throw anything down the toilet, remembering that there are the appropriate baskets.
Lights and air conditioners: responsible energy consumption it is recommended to turn off the lights and air conditioners every time you leave the room. Systematically close the Windows when the heating or air conditioning is on.
Room amenities: minibar, desk, wardrobe, Chair, large towels, towels medium, small towels, complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, pillows, flat-screen tv.
The customer that for misuse, negligence or carelessness goes damage, its equipment or to objects in use, will be charged the appropriate amounts for repairs, replacements and housekeeping. Any damage must be declared and paid immediately to the Manager. To shrink ensured we will proceed according to law.
In accordance with the rules of the structure and rules of the municipal police are required to observe the silence in the time period between 14:00 and 16:00 and from 22:00 at 8:00.
The hotel accepts no liability for loss, theft or damage to items of your property left in rooms, for illegally parked cars and for damage to persons, animals or objects to and from third parties.
It is forbidden to smoke inside the closed rooms and bedrooms
It is strictly forbidden to receive visits and more guests than those residing therein.
In case of loss of the keys guests are required to pay compensation.
We are not responsible for any problems caused by total or partial lack of supplies such as electricity, water, phone line or internet connection doesn't depend on our will.
Acceptance of the rules on the regulation
This regulation of the Merylinn Guest House means fully accepted and signed in all its points already when booking the room. If you do not comply with the regulation in its entirety, we reserve the right to terminate your stay in our hotel


It is not possible to provide accommodation to people without proof of identity.
Valid identification documents to check-in are:
For people of Italian nationality-identity card-passport-License (communicating residence for new types of license)-other documents equivalent * anyway and accepted by the electronic system of the police headquarters:
* "Are equivalent to the identity card the Passport, driver's license, a license, registration, the license to enable the conduct of heating systems, the weapons, the tiles of recognition, provided with picture and signature stamp or other equivalent, issued by the State administration."
For foreigners who are in the European Union-identity card-passport
For foreigners who are not members of the European Union-passport

N.B. The residence permit is not considered valid document for identification purposes, if not accompanied by an identity document: (Passport-identity card).
We are unable to accommodate customers younger than 18 (eighteen) years already made unless accompanied by family members during your stay and still have identity documents (birth certificate, certificate of identity etc. etc.) REF. TULPS 109
